Outfitted with easy–press buttons, indicator lights, and a full–color LCD screen, the Aer X Portable Oxygen Concentrator is user–friendly and built for a variety of environments. The latex-free Aer X Portable Oxygen Concentrator operates at 40 decibels at an electrical input range of 100V to 240V with a maximum altitude of 10,000 feet. The unit can operate at temperatures ranging from 38° to 100° with an operational humidity level of 0% to sixty percent.

Included with the device is one lithium-ion battery, which powers the Aer X Portable Oxygen Concentrator without connection to an external power source. When fully charged, a single battery will provide approximately four hours of operation.
Replacement Parts Only Needed 1–2 Times Annually
Certain parts of this device need to be replaced throughout the year, including the internal filter, cannula, sieve beds, and battery. The internal filter should be replaced every six months or so, while the cannula can be replaced as needed. The sieve beds and battery should be replaced once annually.

Warranty: The Aer X POC units come with a standard 5-year warranty. The warranty begins from the date of shipment. The Standard Equipment Warranty covers only defects arising under normal use and does not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature, or improper repairs made by anyone other than 3B Medical or a 3B Medical authorized third-party service provider. Defective units will be repaired by a contracted third-party repair center, this center is acting as 3B Medical and has the authority to determine if misuse or neglect is resulting in a fraudulent replacement.
- If a confirmed malfunction or failure occurs it is at 3B Medical’s discretion to provide a new or refurbished unit as a replacement. All refurbished units are professionally handled and are in “like new" condition.
- The warranty begins from the date of shipment.
- The malfunctioning unit MUST be shipped within 30 days of receipt of the replacement unit, failure to do so may incur an invoice for the replacement unit at full price

How to Set Up: Place the Aer X into the Aer X bag, ensure the filter inlet is not covered and air can flow freely. Slide battery into battery compartment by opening cover located on the top of your Aer X. The charging port is located just above the filter inlet. Your Aer X may be charged during use.
How to Clean the Product: The user changeable inlet air filter should be checked and cleaned with a mild detergent and water weekly. The Inlet air filter should be changed every 6 months or as needed. Do not submerge the unit in water.
How to Care for the Product: Replace nasal cannula as needed. Clean the carry case and outside of the device with a damp cloth with water and mild detergent. Clean and replace internal filter as needed.
Replacement Schedule (When Should I Replace Certain Parts?) Sieve beds and batteries to be replaced yearly or as needed. The internal filter replaces every six months or as needed, clean weekly. Replace cannula as needed.
How to Prepare Product for Travel: Inform your airlines you will be onboard with oxygen, Make sure the unit is fully charged. Have enough extra battery capability for two times the amount of time of flight or check with your airlines for specific rules and requirements.
Use of a cannula other than a 3B approved may restrict oxygen delivery and/or attachment to cannula adapter. Do not use oil, grease, or petroleum-based products on or near the Aer X™. Air intake and exhaust must have clear access. Place the 3B Aer X in such a way that auditory alarms may be heard.
