Stretchwise Headgear: The single strap Stetchwise Headgear is included with both the Pilairo and Pilairo Q Nasal Pillow masks. It automatically adjusts to the size needed to maintain the seal.

Adjustable Headgear: The Adjustable Headgear includes an adjustable crown strap, as well as the back strap. The Adjustable Headgear is packaged only with the Pilairo Q mask.

I really like the headgear, but really only the single strap version that connects behind the head. The standard version is good and better than many, but I prefer the single strap one better.
