Garmin Vivosmart® 4 Fitness Tracker with Pulse Ox Sensor
Track sleep like never before, and train like a champion with the Garmin Vivosmart 4 with Pulse Oximeter. This fitness tracker studies breathing, movements, and blood oxygen saturation levels during sleep. It also tracks periods of REM sleep, so anyone can know exactly how productive the previous night was.
It also keeps workouts focused and on track, as the Vívosmart® 4 Fitness Tracker provides up-to-the-minute information about heart rate and breathing, so it's possible to know when a workout has reached its peak. It also tracks the amount of time per week a person is engaged in peak activity and can help provide the information needed to reach their desired daily fitness goals and improve overall health.
The Garmin Vívosmart 4 is a revolutionary daily fitness tracker designed to provide extended information about a person's health, activity, and sleep. This compact, lightweight watch rests on your wrist and tracks steps, floors climbed, workout intensity, weather, heart rate, body battery, as well as monitoring activity in a person's sleep and blood oxygen content.
By tracking activity and blood oxygen saturation levels with a Pulse Oximeter, you'll have detailed information about sleep you can bring to the next doctor's appointment. The Vívosmart® 4 can do a lot, with advanced features that combine power, performance, and powerful machine learning to help a person get on track to better health.

Track Sleep Like a Pro!
The Vívosmart® 4 is wearable technology monitoring blood oxygen content with a Pulse Oximeter-- even while sleeping. During the night it also monitors body movements like tossing and turning, and can even tell when you're entering deepest periods of rest. Each morning, you can review the results on a compatible device and see exactly how well you did the night before using the Garmin Connect Mobile App. The data can help spot problems and provides extremely helpful information to take to a doctor's appointment.
Tracks Floors and Steps, Sets Fitness Goals Using Machine Learning
In addition to monitoring all activity, including steps, floors, and calories burned, the wrist-based Vivosmart daily fitness tracker automatically sets fitness goals based on what it's observed. This helps custom-tailor activity goals to match realistic benchmarks and gives you the confidence to reach them.
Heart Rate Intensity Monitor Knows When You're at Your Peak
Not every workout reaches peak activity, the zone where the most calories are burned. With the Vivosmart 4 heartrate activity tracker, you'll always know when your workouts are becoming the most productive, as the watch alerts you as your heart rate gets to the optimal level for athletic training and calories burned.
Body Battery Energy Monitor Measures Energy Level
When do you need to rest and recharge? Know instantly with the body battery feature on the Garmin Vivosmart. This feature draws from multiple data sources on the watch to compute an energy score, telling you how much energy you have and when it’s time to rest.
Stressed Out? Guided Breathing Exercises Help Calm Down
Periods of deep breathing can help anyone calm down, especially during periods of high stress and anxiety. The Vivosmart can figure out when you'd benefit from deep breathing by using stress tracking, and takes you through exercises to calm down. This helps relieve anxiety and gets you back to being you.
Use for 7 Days Between Charges
While some smartwatches are only designed to go less than 24 hours before needing to be recharged, the Garmin Vívosmart® 4 can track calories, exercise, stress levels, breathing, and activity for a full 7 days before needing the next charge. PLEASE NOTE: Using the blood oxygen sensor overnight can reduce this time.
Feel Like Swimming? Go Ahead!
For a dip in the pool, lake, or ocean, take the Garmin with you! It has a swim rating, meaning it can get wet, and keep working as you take your workout to the water. It is not recommended to take the watch deeper than 50 meters, as this can cause device failure.
Get Smart Notifications Right on the Wrist
Instantly get vibration alerts throughout the day, and get your most important notifications right on the wrist! The Garmin helps keep you connected, and never miss a beat.
Slim Profile and a Sports Band
The watch features a slim profile and a sports band, with a sleek and stylish design that cuts down on bulk. It's feather-light to the touch and rests easily on the wrist. It comes in two available colors.

I love the Garmin watch. Easy to set up and use app. Wear it 24/7 and get great information on health and activity both on the device and on the app. I highly recommend this product! more...
I like the slim feel of the tracker. It's got pretty much all the things I was looking for - Pulse Ox, pulse, sleep tracker. Only problem I have found is it's a bit difficult to figure out what is what and to make it do some of the things I want. I just wish the instructions and manual were just a bit easier for those of us who are not all that tech-savvy to understand. Just because I don't 'get' all that electronic stuff doesn't mean I don't want to follow my health trends. more...
Product seams to do as advertised
Just got, seems to be everything it claims and works great.
