Where do I find the size?
The mask frame does not have an identifiable size because it offers a universal fit to each of the nasal pillow cushions designed for the Mirage Swift II Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask.
To find the size of the nasal pillow cushion, remove the nasal pillow cushion from the mask frame. Hold the nasal cushion with the nasal pillows pointing upward. Locate the word 'ResMed', which is embossed into the middle of the nasal cushion. A small raised triangle and embossed letter are located to the right of the word. The letter represented on the triangle indicates the size of the nasal cushion.
The upgrade kit was just what i needed. The old frame I had had sprung a leak. I tried several places to replace the frame to no avail. I came across CPAP.com and found the upgrade kit, ordered it that day and had the product two days later. So, after 5 days without my machine to use, I am very happy with the service and replacement kit.
I can't figure out what this is supposed to accomplish. The flow is in the same direction, there are leaks, and no noise reduction. I'm sorry I bought this.
looks fine
The Mirage Swift nasal pillow that I bought with the machine, I have been using for over one and half years. It was a great product.I started using the Swift Two last week and it is a great product too. The only difference that I can tell between the two versions is that the new one fits better. But it doesn't have one and half years usage on it either. I would recommend the Mirage Swift to anyone having to use a cpap machine daily.
When I chose Mirage Swift, the healthcare technician told me I would never want another type of CPAP Mask. How True! However over time it was noisy and the air flow blowed in my face. This caused me to use other CPAP Masks, but I didn't get the same overall comfort I received from the Mirage Swift. I was looking for a new CPAP Mask and was interested in the Mirage Swift II and then by chance saw the Upgrade Kit. Perfect! It's everything as advertised. The improvements made make all the difference.
I found this upgrade kit worth it, works just as well as the older type and makes a lot less exhale noise, which my wife appreciated
I have used the Swift for 4 years. I replaced the air pillows awhile ago,and needed another set. CPAP.com had record of my previous order, so what size I needed was easily determined. I decided to try the upgrade instead of just replacing the air pillows. So far so good. No complaints. This type of feedback is very soon after the order, about 2 weeks. So I have limited time of use of the upgraded Swift II. Anyway I like it so far.
I have been using the Mirage Swift for a couple of years, and then started to get noise problems--especially from the blue plug on the end oposite the hose end. I am a side sleeper and like the Mirage Swift because it is comfortable on either side. Much more comfortable than the mask systems. The upgrade fit right in and in 2 seconds it was just like before but much quieter. I'm very pleased with it.
The Mirage II Upgrade kit was great. It fits perfectly and has less if not any leaking. Now if there was only a headgear that fit without leaving marks on your face.
Quieter and directs the air completely away from the face.
I need to replace the nasal pillow sleeve of my CPAP, and the original provider wanted more than double the price of CPAP.com. The upgrade option to the Swift II was a pleasant surprise. It is definetely quieter than the old mask. I will definetely use and recommend CPAP.com again.
I had the original Swift nasal pillows which worked great. However, the sleep specialist's assistant sent me a replacement pillow for the Swift II instead of the original Swift. So, I decided to upgrade and see if it was more wonderful than the original as it advertised. It was a great disappointment. The difference in the shape of the pillows messed everything up. I could not get a good seal which resulted in alot of leakage and ineffective use of the CPAP machine. I started waking up at 4 a.m., feeling tired and my nostrils felt irritated. It leaked so much that I could hear the loud sound of the air which may be what kept awakening me (that and sleep apnea that wasn't been prevented). I am going to order some of the original pillows and just hope that you haven't changed their design. After trying out the Swift II for a week, I put my old original Swift nasal pillows (10 months old now) back on last night and had the best sleep you can imagine. All in all, I feel like I wasted my money on the Swift II upgrade. Again, I hope I don't find that you have changed the original Swift nasal pillow design because it is the only mask I can tolerate to date and I have been so happy with it. But the Swift II nasal pillow design is awful.
