78 Decibel Alarm and LED Lights Notify You of Power Failure

When an outage occurs, the PowerOUT! device emits a 78d alarm—about the same noise level as a standard alarm clock—and ultra-bright LED lights to alert you to loss of power. 

Flashlight Provides Up to 2.5 Hours of Portable Illumination

Once you’ve learned of the power failure, you can remove the device from the outlet and switch to light mode so you can use the device as a flashlight. The light can provide up to 2.5 hours of portable illumination.

Safety Light Run Time: Up to 2 1/2 Hours

Battery Type Rechargeable NiMH Battery (Nickel-metal Hydride Battery)

Required Voltage: 120v (Standard Wall Out Let in United States)

First Usage: Charge for 24 hours prior to fist use

Plug in Location: Indoor Use Only. Plug into ventilated area, do not cover the PowerOut! or press up against furnishings or fabrics

Not For Use with Extension Cord: PowerOut! should be plugged directly into a wall outlet, not used with an extension cord

Alarm Sound: If power is lost and the PowerOUT! alarm sounds, it will continue until the setting is switched to "Light" or "Off". Once power is restored, the PowerOUT! can be reinserted into a power outlet and switched back to the "Alarm" setting to be ready to alert a future power outage.
