   • Your SleepHQ O2 Ring will arrive partially charged. For best results, fully charge the device with the supplied USB cable before first use. This should take about three hours.
   • For best results, wear the ring on your thumb or index finger; DO NOT wear it on the middle finger.
   • Sessions less than 2 minutes will not be recorded.
   • Avoid excessive motion.
   • Avoid strong ambient light.
