Best CPAP Machine on the Market!
I started CPAP therapy on 2/1/21 and my DME issued me a Philips DreamStation CPAP and Philips mask. I eventually went with a ResMed mask and kept hearing about how much better the RedMed machines are and was unhappy with them, so I ditched them in May, returned their Philips machine and purchased the RedMed AirSense 10. Having had used both now, it's CLEAR the ResMed is the superior machine in every way. My Philips would make me sound like Darth Vader at night, but this is virtually silent and just seems better made and controls etc are better. I'm sticking with ResMed from now on!

Very Nice Design and Perfect for Travel
I purchased the AirMini because it is so compact compared to my AirSense10. I found it easy to configure/compare parameters between the two devices. I get a very restful sleep with this unit, and I had chosen the P10 mask with the humidifier inserts. I don't really need them as I didn't use humidification with my AirSense10. I liked the P10 nose pillow system so much more than the Phillips headgear that I was using with the AirSense10, that I purchased another P10 nasal mask (but without the humidifier insert) for use with the bigger unit when not traveling. The AirMini may also be used while camping, and so I felt it a better unit to use with a portable power supply if I decide to get one. CPAP.COM representatives were awesome in helping me with my selection. I am very happy with my purchase.

My sleep has markedly improved over the use of the S9 CPAP. I'm more rested, not tired mid-day, and know that I'm dreaming again. A product for achieving REM sleep as I understand it. I couldn't be happier.

Love the AirSense 10 AutoSet
This machine is awesome. Been using it about 10 days and love it. It is quiet and gives me sleep reports. I am using the same mask which is the nasal pillows and the mask fit is much better. Definitely would recommend this product.
