When choosing a CPAP machine, there are quite a few points to consider before making your final decision, such as:
ResMed CPAP machines are available in four different types: single pressure, auto-adjusting pressure, bilevel air pressure, and travel-friendly. Depending on your current situation and therapy needs, your healthcare provider may prescribe you one of the four types of ResMed CPAP machines as described below:
Below, you’ll find a brief glossary of ResMed features and a description for each:
What Is The Most Popular ResMed CPAP Machine?
While the AirSense 11 is ResMed’s current flagship model, the AirSense 10 is their most popular CPAP machine. It was discontinued when the AirSense 11 came to the market, then returned without a wireless modem or Bluetooth capability as the AirSense 10 Card-to-Cloud.
What Is ResMed's Smallest Machine?
Not only is the AirMini ResMed’s smallest machine, but it was also the smallest CPAP machine on the market when it was released in 2017.
What Is the Quietest ResMed Machine?
Checking in at under 27 decibels, the AirSense 11 Auto is the quietest ResMed CPAP machine currently available. With the AirSense 11 Side Cover in place of the humidifier, the sound drops an additional 2 decibels.
I'm used to the old CPAP machines that roared through a room and dreaded needing one myself. But this machine is fantastic. Dead silent, the auto-sensing means I don't overpower my airway (accessing the clinical menu also helps), the humidifier is a big help, and the myAir app sync gives me a pretty useful daily report.

A week after I got the AirMini, I had the occasion to use it while staying at a friend's house. It's hard to believe such a compact machine works as well as my AirSense 10. It could not be more simple to use. Just start breathing, and it turns on. I was very impressed with the convenient portability and performance.

I began using the Aircurve 10 VAuto about 2 months ago, after using an S9 AutoSet for a little over one year. The use of the Aircurve required some adaptation since my doctor increased my pressure settings when moving to this new machine. However, after about 3-4 nights, I began sleeping the usual 8 hours each night. I really like this machine for several reasons. First, I like that the display gives me immediate feedback on my sleep the previous night - the average number of events, number of hours of sleep, data about mask leaks, etc. And if I want to delve deeper into this data, I can log into MyAir and view more detailed data. No more pulling the data card and using ResScan! (In fact, I once inadvertently deleted my data while closing ResScan. Oops!) It's also really nice that my data is uploaded to my sleep clinic's computers so that my doctor can view my data through AirView. Lastly, I like the overall design of the machine. It looks less like a medical device and more like an electronic device. This is a huge improvement over the S9 series. And thank you cpap.com for the next-day shipping! Outstanding!

I was using an S9 Model for the past decade, and this has been a nice upgrade so far so good! I was delighted to discover that the extra filters and supplies I had from my old S9 can be used on the new Airsense, so I’m saving some money there too. I can’t forget to mention the excellent CPAP.com customer service that got me the gear overnight and immediately called me (within 5 minutes of my order) to ensure that I had an alternate hose on hand since the heated hose I ordered was back-ordered for two days. So they just wanted to make sure I would have everything I needed to use the machine that next day. It was a refreshing customer experience for a change - given the way other online retailers treat you like a number. Well done CPAP.com!

I bought this machine as a replacement for the ResMed CPAP I’d been using for 11 years. The AirSense 10 is easy to use, with a display that makes it simple to adjust settings such as humidifier level, ramp time, etc. It’s really quiet compared to my old machine. In fact, my wife woke me up on Night 1, to check whether I had it on. Nice compact footprint, too, and lightweight design. It even comes with a smartphone app that can provide feedback on usage. My only beef? The carrying case seems larger than it needs to be. I like to take the CPAP with me when I travel so space is at a premium. Otherwise, the AirSense 10 is a fine choice.

After using an older ResMed about 9 years ago and giving up after a year, I'm so glad to have decided to try again. Between this CPAP with its improved features and the new mask that seals so much better and doesn't feel claustrophobic, I'm having great sleep now. I've gone from 45+ events an hour to less than 2 per hour in less than a week. Not only that, this machine takes up a lot less room on my nightstand! I highly recommend it!

This new Airsense 11 CPAP is quiet and very easy to use. It was a nice upgrade for my run-down Airsense 10 unit which made unusual noises and would no longer communicate with the myAir website due to the shutdown of the 3g cell network it was using in my area.
