The AirFit F20 doesn't use the same bulky forehead support bar that traditional full face masks rely on, leaving you to enjoy a more open sightline for reading or watching T.V. before bed.
There's nothing worse than a mask that doesn't adapt to changes in your sleeping position, which is why the AirFit F20 includes a rotating tube swivel to reduce hose drag and better-accomodate side sleepers.
With the versatile AirFit F20 you can seamlessly interchange the standard silicone AirFit cushion and memory foam AirTouch cushion to match your needs and preferences.
The headgear is stable and secure, yet easy to slip out of at a moment's notice thanks to magnetic headgear clips at the bottom of the mask frame!
The AirFit F20 operates at a barely-there 21 decibels thanks to QuietAir Vents that push exhaled air away from you and your partner.
Proper mask fit is key to successful CPAP therapy. To ensure your AirFit F20 mask fits well, we recommend using a tape measure or ruler to measure from the bridge of your nose to the indent of your chin. Then, using your measurements and the sizing guide below, you can determine if you need a small, medium, or large cushion. Here is a printable sizing guide. If you have landed on your perfect cushion size and want to save money, purchase the AirFit F20 Bundle, which includes two cushion sizes.
Small: 2.91 to 3.39 inches
Medium: 3.39 to 3.9 inches
Large: 3.9 to 4.7 inches
Yes, this mask is vented with QuietAir vents, which makes the AirFit F20 a whopping 89% quieter than previous versions. The whisper-quiet operation of this mask clocks in at just 21 decibels.
The AirFit F20 is made with an adaptive silicone cushion and plush headgear for a comfortable fit that won’t slip or cause skin irritation.
Your AirFit F20 mask can be cleaned by hand daily with warm water and mild soap. You can also include mask wipes in your cleaning routine. Never use harsh cleaning products, which could damage the mask, and always lay it flat to air dry. For additional sanitation, we recommend the Lumin CPAP Cleaner for your mask and CPAP accessories.
Your AirFit F20 cushions should be changed every three to six months. If the cushion has visible wear and tear, it should be replaced immediately as it will affect the success of your CPAP therapy.
To change your AirFit F20 cushion, follow these steps: Push the side buttons on the frame and pull the elbow away. Then, unclip the magnets and undo the upper headgear tabs. Pull the strapping away from the frame and hold the frame between the upper and lower arms. From there, you’ll be able to pull the cushion away from the frame with ease.
Though both mask styles are full face masks, the core difference between the AirFit F20 and the AirFit F30 is the fit. The AirFit F20 has adaptive wings that contour to the shape of your face while the AirFit F30 covers less of your face.
The major difference between these two mask designs is the cushion style; the AirFit F20 has a soft but durable silicone cushion while the AirTouch F20 has a pliable memory-foam cushion.
